To enter and qualify, complete the entry form by printing your name, age, address, city, province, postal code, telephone number, and answer to the skill-testing question on the official contest entry, sign the form as a declaration of compliance with the contest rules and regulations and mail your entry to PHILLIPS BREWING COMPANY, 2010 Government St. Victoria BC V8T4P1

3. The contest will close on the date stated on the contest display in the store. A random draw will be made from all eligible entries received.

4. Employees and contractors of the provincial liquor agencies, liquor licensees, their employees, and members of the immediate families of the aforementioned or persons with whom they are domicile are not eligible.

5. The provincial liquor agencies are not connected with this contest in any manner whatsoever, and are not liable in any way whatsoever in regard to any matter which relates to this contest.

6. Phillips Brewing Company will not be responsible for entries lost, misdirected, misplaced, or delayed for any reason. Entries become the property of Phillips Brewing Company.

7. All decisions by Phillips Brewing Company shall be final. Prizes must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions.

8. This contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal Laws.
