Phillips Brewing began in 2001, when an ambitious 27 year old decided to pursue his dreams of starting a craft brewery. After a few location changes, a beer flood, and of course a ton of awesome beers, Phillips has evolved to be the award-winning craft brewery that it's known as today. In 2021, iOTA was created on the idea that great tasting craft beer doesn't have to be defined by its alcohol content. And that's just it, we craft brew our iOTA Non-Alc beers the same way that we do all of our Phillips beers. We brew delicious, full flavoured craft beer. Then we remove the alcohol. No funny business. Our team continues to experiment with new flavour profiles, coming up with a variety of unique beer styles. Brewed right here in Canada, we just try to make the best Non-Alc beer ever made. It’s not easy, but drinking it is.
