All of our iOTA beers are best before 7 months after their packaging date, you can check the bottom of the cans for their best before dates.

Our iOTA non-alcoholic beers contain trace amounts of alcohol of up to 0.5%.

It is not, we use barley in our iOTA brewing process, which contains gluten.

Our Pale Ale and Pilsner are 70 calories, our Hazy IPA 75 calories, and our Blackberry Lemon Ale 85 calories per 355mL can.

Our Pale Ale and Pilsner have 16g of carbohydrates, our Hazy IPA 18g, and our Blackberry Lemon Ale 20g per 355mL can.
